At TrendyNestDecor, we understand that sometimes customers may experience remorse after purchasing a product. To ensure a smooth return process, we have established a comprehensive return policy. Please read the following conditions and guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

Returns Authorization and Conditions

Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return merchandise, subject to TrendyNestDecor express authorization and the following conditions:

  • Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return and provide evidence.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition, as a complete set (exactly as purchased), not installed or assembled.
  • The product must be in the original, unopened, and undamaged packaging with cellophane, seals, and barcodes untouched.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply, unless we agree otherwise.
  • You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us, unless we agree otherwise.
  • Items shipped to wrong addresses or without an RMA number will not be considered for a refund and will be refused.

Requesting Authorization to Return Merchandise

To request a return, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • The reason for return

If your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including an RMA number and return address within 24 business hours. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label. Do not write on the product packaging. To process your refund, we require a return tracking number as proof of delivery. We recommend insuring valuable items to cover replacement costs in case of loss during transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your returned merchandise.

Return of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer free warranty replacement parts and full unit replacements (if parts are not available). However, we will accept a return of the merchandise and issue a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return and provide evidence.
  • Provide photos depicting the issue(s) and describe the problem.
  • We will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If parts are not available, our carrier will pick up the original package, and we will send you a full replacement.
  • If replacement options are refused by you, we will issue an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.
  • The merchandise must be in its original package, as a complete set (exactly as purchased).
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply, unless we agree otherwise.
  • You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us, unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

Allow 14 business days for refunds. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s). Please note that we cannot refund to a different account or issue credit to a different payment method.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

There are certain items that TrendyNestDecor does not accept returns for, including:

  • Dated products such as calendars, appointment books and organizers, desk and desk pad calendars, and wall calendars and planners
  • Personalized items
  • All toner cartridges and drum units
  • Hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals, and paper)
  • Computer software
  • Opened box computers (desktop, laptop, tablets)
  • Some electronic items
  • Items marked as non-returnable (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

These products will only be accepted in the event of clear evidence of a manufacturer’s defect or material error on our part.

Unauthorized Returned Merchandise

Under no circumstances will TrendyNestDecor be responsible to pay for shipping costs or freight bills for merchandise being returned by a customer without prior written authorization. Delivery will be refused.
